DESCRIPTION
IEEE 1666-2023/Cor 1-2025
This corrigendum addresses minor errors (such as the value of IEEE_1666_SYSTEMC not reading 202301L, sc_event not being defined as a member instead of a method) or typos (wrong section numbers, superfluous "a", wrong term at one location) that were overlooked during the last stage of the standard. The general purpose of this standard is to provide a C++-based standard for designers and architects who need to address complex systems that are a hybrid between hardware and software. The specific purpose of this standard is to provide a precise and complete definition of the SystemC class library including a TLM library so that a SystemC implementation can be developed with reference to this standard alone. This standard is not intended to serve as a user’s guide or to provide an introduction to SystemC, but it does contain useful information for end users.
Corrigendum Standard - Active. Errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in IEEE Std 1666-2023 are corrected in this corrigendum.
