The IPC-1755A standard establishes the requirements for exchanging data between suppliers and their customers regarding the responsible resourcing of minerals. The IPC-1755 standard originally addressed conflict minerals within the scope of the Dodd-Frank Act in the US. IPC-1755A expanded that scope to include global responsible minerals sourcing regulations, and IPC-1755A-AM1 expands the scope again to address the ethical sourcing and production of Mica.
