This is an amendment to IPC-A-610F, a recognized industry-consensus standard covering acceptability requirements for electronic assemblies. Changes include, but are not limited to, a revision to plated-through hole, PTH, minimum fill requirements, BGA voiding criteria for noncollapsing balls, and staking criteria.
