Payments - Invoices

I can not pay by credit card. What can I do?

You can choose in 3rd. step of order payment type: Bank account advance payment - our system will send you the proforma invoice with bank details immediately 

I was unable to pay my order by credit card.

Our system will send you the link for the new credit card payment automatically name: Purchase order: xxxx - unpaid. and also the Paypal payment request (there you can also use your credit card or Paypal account)

If you will have problem for credit card payment do not hesitate to contact us: info@en-standard.eu and we will change the payment method in your order and send you the Proforma invoice for bank account advance payment.

How can I receive the Invoice?

Invoice will be sent you automatically form our system after your payment.

I didn't receive the Invoice or Proforma Invoice

All these files are sending to email from order:

1) try to check your SPAM folder

2) maybe you made the wrong email address

If you will send us the invoice request to: info@en-standard.eu it will be sent to you ASAP.
