This document sets out the requirements to be met by signage elements so that they can be understood by all persons and is limited to those directly related to the public use areas of the building or group of buildings. The building is considered to include its fixed installations and its own equipment, as well as the urbanisation elements that remain attached to the building. NOTE: Public use is defined in section 3, Terms and definitions.
