This standard comprises both functioning specifications and applying communication protocols related to equipments for measuring road vehicles speed (kinemometers) and operating statically; that is to say, placed in stationary locations enabling connectivity and exchange of information on a regular basis with one or several control centres as well as defining functioning characteristics of the equipment itself. Specifications for moving kinemometers are also included.
