This standard includes the functional specification and the communications and application protocol associated with the equipment for the detection of infringements access in Low-Emission Zones (LEZ) and, in general, to zones with vehicle access regulations (UVAR) in static installation, that is, located at fixed sites in such a way as to facilitate connection and exchange of data in a standardized manner among one or more Control Centres, as well as defining the functional features of the equipment itself.
