The purpose of this standard is to define the tests and trials to be carried out on the new cable system once its installation has been completed and prior to its commissioning. The cables considered in this standard have a rated voltage Uo/U (Um) greater than 0,6/1 kV, mainly those used in electrical energy transmission and distribution networks, defined by standards UNE-HD 620, UNE 211632 and UNE 211067.
