This Technical Report is a tool for the accessibility of the immovable Cultural Heritage. It provides criteria for architectonic and building intervention, as well as a methodology for its application. To assure the effectiveness of the accessibility, it applies to the immovable Cultural Heritage and also to its surroundings, regarding restoration, rehabilitation and accessibility interventions. Accessibility solutions related to management, organisation or functionality are excluded from the scope of this Technical Report. This Technical Report is a tool for the different agents involded: owners of the immovable Cultural Heritage, public administration, facility managers, conservators, restorers, designers, builders, etc.
