EN 1007-2 Advanced technical ceramics - Ceramics composites - Methods of test for reinforcement - Part 2: Determination of linear density - This part of EN 1007 specifies a method for the determination of the linear density (mass per unit length) of ceramic fibres, including silicon carbide, silicon nitride, silicon carbon-nitride, alumino-silicate, alumina or silicon oxide fibres. The linear density is determined on unsized ceramic yarn.
