This standard applies to determination of the transfer efficiency of atomising and spraying equipment, such as: - air atomising spray guns (conventional high air pressure); - high volume low pressure spray guns (HVLP); - low volume low pressure spray guns (LVLP); - airless spray guns (hydraulic pressure); - air assisted airless spray guns; - vibratory or rotary atomising atomising equipment (bells or discs); etc.
