IPC-4101F-RL Redline document shows the changes from IPC-4101E with Amendment 1 to IPC-4101F in a side-by-side comparison of the two documents. The IPC-4101F Redline is available in electronic format only. As a comparison document it does not replace the standard. This prescribes the requirements for for base materials, herein referred to as laminate or prepreg, to be used primarily for rigid or multilayer printed boards for electrical and electronic circuits.
