This standard establishes quality requirements for sales activity, additional services and complementary services for flower shops considered small businesses to meet customer expectations . It is not the subject of this standard to establish a management system. Flower shops that are sections of other retail formats, specifically, supermarkets and hypermarkets are excluded. Nurseries, garden centers and florist sections of these establishments are also excluded from this standard.
