The purpose of this standard is to describe the inspection methodology to check the regulatory safety conditions of high voltage electrical installations. This standard is applicable to the inspection of transformer stations, whose owner is not a transmission and distribution entity, subject to the inspection regime. It also applies to transformer stations belonging to electrical installations for the production of electrical energy from wind or solar power with a capacity of less than 100 MVA.
