UNE 19604:2023

Specifies the requirements and provides the guidelines to establish, develop, implement, evaluate, maintain and improve an effective socio-labor compliance management system within an organization. This standard is applicable to all kind of organizations, regardless of the type, size and nature of their activity, whether in public, private, profit or not-for profit sector.. NOTE In the case of public sector organizations, the standard is applicable to their workforce. The standard is applicable to the following areas: a) The exercise of constitutional rights in the organization and, in particular, those related to: equality and non-discrimination; the protection of particularly vulnerable groups, with special attention to disability. b) The individual employment relationship and, in particular: access to employment; contractual modalities; basic labor rights and duties; salary; working time; labor performance and the workplace; modification of working conditions; suspension and vicissitudes of the employment contract; termination of the employment contract. c) The collective labor relations and, in particular, to: freedom of association; information, consultation and participation of workers' representatives; collective labor conflict measures; collective labor bargaining. d) Social protection and, in particular, to: Social Security benefits; voluntary improvements; Supplementary social security systems. e) Any other social and labor obligation that the organization undertakes to comply with.
