CSN EN 60191-6-5 Tato část EN 60191 uvádí společné výkresy obrysů a rozměry pro všechny typy struktur a složkových materiálů seskupení kuliček do mřížky s malou roztečí (zde nazývaných FBGA), jejichž rozteč vývodů je menší nebo rovna 0,80 mm a obrys jejich pouzdra je čtvercový. Cílem tohoto konstrukčního návodu je normalizovat obrysy a umožnit vzájemnou zaměnitelnost FBGA pouzder. Rozteč vývodů a obrysy těchto pouzder seskupení s malou roztečí jsou menší než u pouzder BGA.
